She brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to her work, with a focus on understanding both the professional goals and personal motivations that shape career decisions.

Prior to joining Foxstone Recruiting, Danni built a dynamic career across the sports, media, and music industries, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, timing, and client engagement. She carries that perspective into legal recruiting, helping to facilitate opportunities that align beyond the résumé.

When she’s not working, Danni spends much of her time traveling to watch her three daughters compete as collegiate athletes, and enjoys live music, as well as taking in sunsets and sunrises.
