Our Mission
After spending many years working as an attorney and then a legal recruiter at a nationwide search firm, Lauren Wu had a keen understanding of what clients and candidates want, as well as the pitfalls of traditional legal recruiting methods.
She wanted to create a different kind of legal search firm where we work as a team, collaborating with our colleagues, to ensure you always get the benefit of multiple experts and the highest level of service.
