Foxstone Recruiting is Lauren’s brainchild. After serving as a Senior Director for a nationwide search firm where she focused on top-tier associate and partner placements, she decided she wanted to start a different kind of legal recruiting agency. An agency that would be tailored to providing personalized service in the elite lateral market and team collaboration. Her knowledge of the legal industry has always been at the forefront of her business. She practiced commercial, bankruptcy and construction litigation in Florida and Texas prior to going into legal recruiting.

When Lauren isn’t moving groups of partners or opening offices, she’s the CEO of her household with her daughter and twin boys.
