  • Former US Deputy Attorney General and King & Spalding partner, Rod J. Rosenstein, has joined Baker McKenzie in their DC office as the chair of the their National Security Practice.

  • M&A partner, Joshua La Vigne, and investment management partner, Jessica Pan, joined Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld after their departure from Mayer Brown in Chicago.
