OPEN ROLES

  • Foxstone Recruiting is legal search firm that focuses on the placement of attorneys at top law firms and companies nationwide. We are currently seeking a Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a practicing attorney who is looking for a new type of role or a legal recruiter with experience representing attorneys at large firms.

    This is a fully remote role with a base and uncapped commission structure. The role can sit anywhere in the United States, but we prefer candidates located near Chicago, New York, D.C., Texas, or California.

    Our agency focuses on associate, partner, and group moves on behalf of the largest firms nationwide. In this role, you will be provided substantial support and mentorship while growing your recruiting practice. We believe in a team approach to recruiting and work closely together to bring our clients the best talent.

    What You Will Do:

    • Meet with clients to determine their priority needs

    • Source attorney candidates using our database and various forms of outreach

    • Interview and assess strong candidates on behalf of our clients

    • Assist the candidate and client as they move through the application process

    • Negotiate offer terms and provide strategic input to reach acceptance

    • Consistently stay up to date on legal market news and trends

    What We Need:

    • J.D. required;

    • Experience as a practicing attorney is strongly preferred;

    • Sales or recruiting experience in the legal industry is a plus; and

    • A “fire in the belly” drive to be successful, and a personality that enjoys working closely as a team

  • Foxstone Recruiting is a legal recruiting agency that works with top-tier law firms and companies to assist in the placement of attorneys nationwide. We are seeking an Outreach Consultant for our growing team. 

    This is a fully remote position where you will focus exclusively on connecting via phone or email with top attorneys across the US. This is part-time contract role offering a flexible schedule. In this role, you would be expected to work 15-20 hours per week. While we have flexibility on the specific days/hours worked, we do require that outreach to our candidates occur during normal business hours.

    We are looking for a highly skilled, confident communicator with a background in recruiting, sales or the legal industry.


    Compensation

    The compensation for this role is primarily commission-based, with unlimited earning potential and no caps on commission. Other team members in this role have earned six figures. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with a Foxstone Recruiting Director in active job searches

    • Proactively source attorney candidates through cold calls and email outreach

    • Gain and maintain knowledge of the local legal market

    • Accurately manage and update candidate information


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or professional services recruiting. Alternatively we would be open to candidates with, prior experience as a practicing attorney.

    • Proven sales ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • High energy level and ability to manage high-volume outreach

    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

    • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
