Many Southeast Firms See Rankings Fall for Diversity of Lawyers, Leadership

Thomas Spigolon from the Daily Report recently interviewed Lauren Wu, CEO of Foxstone Recruiting, about the decline of diversity at many Big Law firms in Atlanta.

"Having diversity in leadership is the strongest way to recruit and maintain diverse talent. If leadership is not already diverse, firms should communicate with diverse candidates about leadership opportunities and provide a clear path to obtaining these goals," Wu said.
